Esta es una de las mejores cataratas en Tamil Nadu. Están ubicadas a una distancia de 48-km oeste de Dharmapuri. Forma parte del río Cauvery y está a unos 250 metros arriba nivel del mar. La principal atracción de las cataratas es su caída vertical desde una altura de 20 metros con un sonido de truenos. Rodeadas por montañas, Hogenakkal ofrece una vacación tranquila en tranquilidad.
