Otro fuerte en la cadena de fuertes construidos por Sivappa Naik para establecer su control sobre la región es el Fuerte Chandragiri a unos tres kms al sur del pueblo Kasargod. Este gran fuerte situado en las orillas del Río Chandragiri era construido en el siglo 17. El río que tradicionalmente marcaba la frontera tradicional entre Kasargod y el reino Tuluva tiene un puente muy bonito sobre ello. Junto con la mezquita situada cerca del puente que ofrece una vista muy pintoresca.
