suites, built on a 100 acre indigenous desert scrub land, reflect

The Serai offers an eclectic blend of authentic Indian, Western and
Asian cuisine. Salads and herbs are hand-picked from its Organic
Vegetable and Herb Garden. Freshly baked Breads, home-made
Muesli and preserves, are some of its signature offerings.
The SUJAN Spa, originally created by Raison d’Etre- one of the
leading Spa companies in the world, has received many accolades,
and the Spa at The Serai, was recently chosen amongst ‘101 best
