Está popularmente conocido como el Palacio Jaganmohan. El Palacio Jaganmohan fue convertido en una galería de arte en el año 1875. Exhibe pinturas, que remontan a aquel período. Los artistas de aquel tiempo usaron tintas de vegetales naturales y minerales. Las famosas tradicionales pinturas de Mysore de "hoja dorada " también se las exhibe en la galería, junto con los óleos de artistas contemporáneos como Raja Ravi Varma y Svetoslav Roerich.
Está justo al otro lado de la Parada de Autobús de la Cuidad y a poca distancia del KSRTS Bus-Stand o el Main Bus-Stand.
Aparte de estos, se celebran regularmente programas culturales allí.
