Descripción:
Established in 1757, Alipura was a princely state of Chattarpur district in Madhya Pradesh. It became a part of British India in 1808. The place is home to the majestic Alipura Palace which previously acted as an excellent base to span out all the directions of Bundelkhand. Home to Raja Manvendra Singh and his family, there are various parts of this palace that are almost 300 years old. Decorated with old souveniers and trophies, the place acts as great stopover for anyone interested in knowing more about the Royal Bundelkhandi past.
