Aunque es el famoso sitio de picnic para la gente local, está histórica estructura construida por el Nawab Sadat Ali Khan para los ingleses residentes en su corte en 1800, está hoy en una condición ruinosa. El sitio fue nombrado como Residency ya que la mayoría de los ingleses residentes del corte estaban viviendo allí. La estructura enfrentó un gran ataque durante la Rebelión en 1857 y los residentes estaban encarcelados dentro de este mismo sitio.
