Chattar Manzil es un palacio acerca del cual se conoce muy poco. La construcción de este magnífico edificio fue empezado por Gazi Haider y fue acabado por su hijo en los años más tarde. Por qué era construido y cómo se dieron este nombre a ello son los hechos del cual nadie se conoce nada. Hay un gran sótano que tiene las aguas fluyendo del Río Gomti por lo cual este sitio está inmensamente fresco. Hoy tiene el cuerpo de Investigación Médica.
