Es una bonita casita de madera en las orillas del Kishan sagar, a sólo 6 kms. de Jhalawar en la carretera Jhalawar- Kota. La casita, originalmente construido por el Departamento de Investigación Forestal de Deharadun, era comprada por el Maharaja Rajendra Singh de una exposición celebrada en Lucknow. Todos los gastos de esta casita incluyendo la transportación y la reinstalación de Rupias 50,000 era pagado por él. Lo que es muy sorprendente que todavía retiene mucho de su diseño original.
