El Dique Nagarjuna Sagar es el más alto dique de mampostería en el mundo, situado en la frontera de los distritos Guntur - Nalgonda. El dique fue acabado en 1966 y tiene altura de 124m y longitud de 1-km. Está construido sobre el río Krishna y tiene una de las más grandes red de sistemas de canales para la irrigación de más de 2,000,000 acres de tierra en los distritos de Guntur, Prakasam, Nalgonda, Khammam y Krishna.
