La Sala Memorial Mayo está cerca del Memorial Thornhill y Myne y es un edificio muy bonito construido en el estilo gótico de arquitectura en el siglo 19 tarde. Una gran torre de casi 180-pies de altura, está al lado suyo. Los interiores de la sala tiene ornamentación muy atractiva con varios diseños. La sala que hoy día hospeda la biblioteca pública era para reuniones públicas y recepciones. De hecho fue construido en conmemoración del Vice-rey asesinado.
