Description:
La obra arquitectónica maestra en arenisca roja, construido por Maharaja Ganga Singh (1881-1942A.D.) en memoria de su padre Maharaja Lall Singh es un ejemplo de pura arquitectura Rajput marcial. Diseñado por Sir Swinton Jacob, este palacio tiene salas grandes, pabellones, patios y cúpulas. Tiene columnas magníficas, hogares intrincadamente tallados, columnatas italianas y motivos de loto. Las paredes del palacio están llenas de dibujos antiguos, trofeos de caza y retratos antiguos. El palacio tiene su propio museo y biblioteca que es el cuarto más grande en el mundo. La familia real todavía viven en una parte del palacio.
