Los Lagos de Nainital

A unos 23 kms desde Nainital está el lago llamado Bhimtal. Según las leyendas mitológicas, el lago que fue nombrado por uno de los cinco hermanos Pandava, Bhim fue originado por él. Hoy se puede gozar ir en barco en este bonito lago. El Sat tal o los siete lagos es un grupo de siete pequeño lagos en camino a Bhimatal. El Naukhutchia Tal es un único lago a cuatro kms. desde Bhimtal que tiene nueve extremos y por eso tiene el nombre de Naukhutchia.
