Hay una gran cantidad de esculturas de tamaño natural en este templo con trabajo intrincado. Junto con los principales santuarios que tiene Vishnu con sus consortes, también hay los gemelos templos de Lakshmi. El Geomagnetic Equatorial Research Lab cerca de Krishnapuram es un centro de observatorio.
