Kotappa Konda es uno de los importantes centros de peregrinaje de Andhra Pradesh. Está situado a 13-km sur-oeste de Narasaraopet y 60-km desde Guntur. El nombre original de este pueblo es "Kondakavuru", pero se lo conoce más popularmente como Kotappakonda o 'Trikutaparvatam' (la colina de tres-cimas). La deidad sobre esta colina tiene el nombre de 'Trikoteswara'. Maha Shivaratri es el festival importante que se celebra aquí con gran devoción y pasión.
