Khajjiar tiene gran fama por el popular Templo Khajji Naga del siglo12 dedicado al dios serpiente desde cual se cree que el nombre había sido derivado. El templo remontando al siglo 10 es una bonita mezcla de estilo de arquitectura hindú y mughal que se refleja en sus tallados en madera. Tiene bonitos imágenes con distintos diseños en el techo y las columnas de madera. Algunos dicen que los imágenes son los de los hermanos Pandav y otros creen que los imágenes son de los primos de los hermanos Pandav, los hermanos Kaurav.
