El museo del palacio tiene una magnífica colección de exhibiciones, reflejando los gustos y la riqueza personal de los Maharajas de Alwar. Hay algunos excelentes manuscritos aquí incluso un Mahabharata ilustrado en un rollo de 200 pies, hecha de una única pieza de papel con una escritura tan fina que uno tiene que utilizar una lupa para poder leerlo. También aloja otros manuscritos en persa, árabe, urdu y sánscrito. Gulistan (jardín de rosas), Bostan (jardín de primavera) y el Waqiat -i- Babri, son algunos de los notables. Pinturas Rajput y Mughal que fechan hasta los siglos 18 y el 19 están allí también. Una rica colección del arsenal es también una parte importante de la colección del museo.
