Description:
A unos 10 kms este del Jaipur en la carretera a Agra hay un grupo de pabellones y templos y estanques escondidos en un cañón. Hace siglo un santo nombrado Galva hizo su meditación y penitencias aquí. Un templo del sol está sobre una colina de cerca. Hay riachuelos naturales teniendo propiedades curativos y están llenos de muchos peregrinos.
El templo Galta tiene apoyo financiero de la familia Birla. En este complejo hay templos por la derecha e izquierda reverberando con el sonido fuerte de tambores y campanas. Detrás de dichos templos hay los tanques conocidos como Kund.
