La Isla Dharmadam es una bonita playa, ubicada a unos 17 kms desde Kannur cerca de la playa Muzhapilangad. Se cree que era la base del budismo en Kerala. Es una pequeño pero muy bonita isla privada de 5-acres cubierta con palmeras de coco y verdes árboles. A casi 100 metros desde la masa territorial, se necesita permiso especial para visitar esta bonita joya en el mar.
